terms & conditions
1. Project Scope
Every project begins with a discussion of your requirements. The agreed features, timeline, pricing, and deliverables will be confirmed before development starts. Any additional requests beyond the approved scope may require extra time and cost.
2. Payments
A project may require an advance payment before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule or before the final website is transferred. Delayed payments may result in delays to project delivery.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all required content, images, branding materials, login credentials, and feedback within the agreed timeframe. Delays in providing these materials may affect the project schedule.
4. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included based on the selected package. Requests that significantly change the original project requirements may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
5. Website Delivery
Once the project is completed and the final payment has been received, the website files, access, or migration will be provided. After delivery, any new features or enhancements will be considered separate work unless included in a maintenance agreement.
6. Third-Party Services
Some projects may require third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, premium plugins, APIs, payment gateways, or CRM platforms. These services are managed by their respective providers and are subject to their own pricing, availability, and terms.
7. Support & Maintenance
Each website package includes a limited support period as specified in the selected plan. After the support period ends, ongoing maintenance, updates, backups, or additional assistance may require a separate maintenance plan.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and custom-developed content is transferred to the client. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images, and licensed assets remain subject to their original licensing terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Every effort is made to deliver secure, optimized, and high-quality websites. However, I cannot be held responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting providers, plugin updates, external services, security breaches, or modifications made by the client or other developers after project delivery.
10. Privacy
Any personal information shared during the project will be treated confidentially and used only for communication, project development, and support purposes. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in services or business practices. The latest version will always be available on this page.
